We are upgrading the system, tracking number may not be retrievable at the moment. We will fix ASAP.
14th Feb, system upgrades in progress, hopefully complete within 1-2 business days.
You will be able to retrieve tracking number by EMAIL address soon.
Help Desk system will be integrated with tracking number system.
You will be able to submit question and communicate with us about specific order / shipment.
Each questions submitted via Help Desk will be follow up and ensure deal with in timely manner.
