Defective and wrong products shall be reported to us within 14 days of receipt or 45 days from the ship date to meet the crateria of returns. Wrong products must be returned in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition.
To return or exchange an item to us,
Upon original item receipt and satisfactory inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed. Usually we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund or replacement order as soon as it has been fully processed.
Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
